The Lake was drawn down in December 2006 to allow for the installation of 3 "Dry Hydrants" for fire protection. The Falls disappeared for a while.

A 10 foot wide extension was added to the Boat Launch for added safety during the drawdown.

Christmas at the Clubhouse- hosted by SALCA. Besides the decorations, the sounds of Chistmas were heard from the Bell Choir
